By right-clicking on the Cobra Guardian™ icon bottom right corner of your computer, you gain instant access to the core of our support services, and these are continuously monitored with instant alert notification to support personnel when critical requests are submitted. This extremely high level of service and response is reserved for Cobra Guardian™ clients only.
Adder Consulting utilizes several ticket systems to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. Cobra Guardian™ utilizes its own ticket system to alert engineers of issues that need to be addressed. These system tickets are configured by the engineers so that the system automatically generates an alert and/or ticket whenever something happens to a monitored system. The client is never notified or alerted to the system tickets as they are for our engineers use only.
The client ticket system is for clients to log issues and tasks that Adder Consulting needs to address. The client ticket system is a full featured system where clients can log in and check the status of their support request, and clients receive email notification whenever a ticket status changes or is resolved.
Between the live help desk and the system and client support ticketing systems, Adder Consulting has your support needs covered in every way. We also encourage our clients to utilize a third option should they so desire – the telephone. Not all IT consulting companies offer this, but Adder Consulting wants to service our customers in every way possible, and sometimes the phone is the easiest way to do this.
